Application & Medium

(1). CPVC teller rosette ring are suitable for washing cooling towers. Medium: wet chlorine; temperature: ≤90℃ pressure: -100~0mm H2O column;

(2).CPVC teller rosette ring  is suitable for decontamination tower. Medium: chlorine; 18~20% caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite; temperature: ≤70℃ pressure: -300~200mm H2O column;

(3). CPVC teller rosette ring are suitable for dechlorination towers. Medium: wet chlorine water, light brine (including 190~210g/L); temperature: ≤90℃ pressure: -4200mm H2O column;

(4).CPVC teller rosette ring is suitable for operating temperature below 60℃. Medium: chlorine, concentration of 78%~98%, pressure: drying of each section of the -150mm H2O column.

CPVC teller rosette ring, A-shaped , which is formed by many circles and knots in the shape of an ellipsoid, and a reinforcing rib is added in the middle to make it an "A" shape, which greatly improves the ring’s performance Compressive strength. 

A typve, considered the shadow overlapping effective area reaches 40%,solved the overlapping problem, and the “--” shape enhance the mutual packing strength.

At the same time, the A type owns the advantages, such as large flux, lower pressure drop, higher liquid holdup in distillation column , increased the gas-liquid flow rate, and improves the mass transfer efficiency.

CPVC teller rosette ring is also called Raschig Ring random packing.
